The customer must provide proof of changeover of their own fully comprehensive insurance for the 48-hr test drive period. The customer then agrees to fully indemnify the Dealership where there is any shortfall in the difference between the Dealership‘s loss and the customer‘s insurance payment or if the insurance company fails to pay out for any reason. The customer agrees that the Vehicle will not be taken outside Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. The Customer agrees to return the Vehicle on request by the Dealership, regardless of any agreed return date. Upon return of the car, it will be checked for damage at the dealership after test drive. Any damage to the car upon arrival back at the dealership will be charged to the customer. Any speeding tickets, parking fines and toll charges will be at a cost to the customer.
